Overall January was a selling month for East Greenwich homes with home sales nearly doubling over December’s volume. Days on market decreased and sales to list price increased- all good signs. However, the average sales price did decline slightly. However, we have a true balanced real estate market here (balanced between buyers and sellers).
Comparing East Greenwich home sales for January 2012 to January 2013 showed a 34% increase in real estate sales! Definitely this is great news to all sellers.
