Narragansett homes sale absorption rate has decreased to nearly a balanced home market with 7 months worth of inventory.
- Breakdown of the 18 Narragansett RI home sales in March is as follows: 5 homes sold under $300,000, 5 homes sold between $300,000-$400,000 and 8 homes sold over $400,000. In March, the over $400,000 home was the one that generated the most buyers interest.

Home sales are up by 126% over the prior year, home inventory was up 14% and homes in contract were down by 60%. Up and down stats still indicate a stronger home market in Narragansett with spring here. Sales are up by 20% March 2013 over March 2012!
