The real estate market for January – August 2014 is showing a 19% decrease in Jamestown home sales and a 6% increase in home prices as compared to the same time period in 2013. Overall, the luxury Jamestown housing market had one home in August sold for over $1 million in waterfront RI real estate.

- Sales currently pending: 0 (decrease by 2 pending over prior month)
