In February 2011 there were 197 South Kingstown RI homes for sale which is 4 more homes on the market over January 2011 homes for sale. The home inventory in South Kingstown has increased about 2% in this RI coastal real estate community.
Sellers continue to prepare their homes for the spring market (remember the official beginning of spring is March 20th) and inventory will increase in another month or so (historically that has been the case). Sales are experiencing the bumpy road of higher and lower sales months of winter.
