In February 2011 there were 159 Narragansett RI homes for sale which is 4 more homes on the market over January 2011 homes for sale.
The home inventory in Narragansett RI real estate has increased about 2%.
Although a slight increase in home sales, there is not the spike in sales sellers look for at this time of year.
