There were 118 Charlestown RI homes for sale in November 2011 which was a 10% decrease over the prior month (13 less homes for sale).
This is the third month of a decline in RI real estate inventory in Charlestown RI homes for sale. Of the homes on the market 17 of them are over $1 million which is remains constant. One more home sold this past month over the prior month.
