A corn maze in Charlestown RI

Riverside Tree Farm corn maze did not turn out to be a cracked corn event.  Now the outcome has nothing to do with this well established farm and its offerings but more to do with a maze challenged Real Estate Agent who should have stayed home!  This Riverside Tree Farm has over 65 acres and is a pesticide free farm that has many offerings besides this crazy corn maze. It is the largest corn maze, cracked corn or otherwise, in Rhode Island.

Never had I had a corn maze adventure and with flashlight in hand how could I go wrong…well my clients’ kids thought it would be very funny to get me in the middle and then desert me.. so I was somewhat mentally challenged to get out and it was spooky.  Where was my GPS when I needed it…no good Real Estate Agent is anywhere without it right?

One thing that kept me going was my freezing feet (no socks!) and that survival drive to get out of the corn maze to some hot mulled cider and heat was instinctive.  Clues along the maze’s way did help and especially when my client sent one of the kids back to find me!!  Ghoulish feelings did abound and ghostly presences did hover above on this night.

Honestly, this is a GREAT place to bring the kids and it’s just off Route 95 at exit 1 in RI…spend some time this fall at this Charlestown farm, Riverside Tree Farm in Charlestown RI 02813…next time I will bring my GPS with me.
