Median Home Sale Price in June 2012 was $358,750, median price of homes sold was 93% of list price and the median days on market were 57 days.
Home sales are up 20 % over the prior month of May 2012. Narragansett home sales are up 33% over last year same time (June 2012 compared to June 2011). Pending home sales in Narragansett are down 31% over last month and down 5% over June 2012…
