Honestly, I had not thought about the full moon and what it brings to the table on a real estate transaction…but i like a full moon with a good real estate lawyer taking care of my client. It is a rare time when I can say in this real estate business that I find a lawyer who will go the distance for the client again and again to make the closing go smoothly. Truthfully, most closings have bumps and lumps these days but when you can find someone in the real estate legal end that works out all these hurtles with you and the other party it’s a great day.
