1 homes sold over $ 1 million

2 homes sold between $300,000-$400,000

 2 homes sold for less than $300,000

There were 85  Jamestown RI homes for sale in July which is 2 % more homes on the real estate market from June 2012.  Jamestown RI home sales have taken a slight dip with 5 homes sold in July (decrease in 2 sales from the prior month).

 

The coastal Jamestown RI real estate’s shore still remains one of the more desirable waterfront buys for home searches. However, this luxury Jamestown real estate market is not selling at present.  With the median Jamestown home price at $875,000, this real estate market draws in the luxury home buyers to this Conanicut Island, aka…Jamestown RI.
