4 homes sold for over $400,000

6 homes sold between$300,000- $400,000

6 homes sold less than $300,000

There were 122 Charlestown RI homes for sale in May 2012.

 

Home sales are up 128% over the prior month which is an encouraging real estate sign.  

 

Average Home Sale Price in May 2012 was $301,571,  homes sold on average for 92% of list price  and were on the real estate market for 109 days on average.

 

Charlestown RI continues to have a good supply of homes for sale and the oceanfront and ocean view Charlestown RI homes for sale.  However, the current absorption rate for the homes on the market is a buyers market.  When inventory levels are at a 6 month home absorption rate, it is considered a balanced market.  Less than 6 months of home inventory and it becomes a sellers market again.
