North Kingstown RI New Home Construction

Finally developers and Rhode Island builders have moved along with their North Kingstown new home construction 2016 plans.  It is long in the making to get a development whether condos or single family homes through the town’s approval process and homes built.  Yes, it takes years.  However, we have new construction in North Kingstown RI coastal real estate I have not talked about before that are being built.  There are, at present, three new subdivisions in town, as follows:  Austin Meadow, Fox Hollow and Reynolds Farm.  Each one is unique in style and what is offered to the home and the condo buyer.  The following will give you a glimpse into each new North Kingstown subdivision:

Austin Meadows is a 16 unit home development made up of colonial and ranch homes located off Austin Road near the East Greenwich – North Kingstown RI border.  Close to shopping, restaurants, highway access and Post Road makes it a great location to buy into.  Being in the suburbs of RI coastal real estate but close to anything north or south of you.  Just 7 minutes away from Wickford Village.

 The Fox Hollow development near Schartner Farms is located off of South County Trail in North Kingstown.  This new development is done by the same builder as Austin Meadows.  It is a 24 unit mixed condo and single family home neighborhood which consists of 20 single level condos and 4 single family homes.  The condos are about 1900 square feet on two levels of living space with master bedroom on the first floor with a two car integral garage. Cathedral ceilings, granite kitchen with appliances, gas heat, central air, allows pets, deck and more.

Reynolds Farm is the largest North Kingstown new home construction build in quite some time with homes, condos, apartments and mixed use development on 100 acres.  The first phase is the single family home development with homes on small lots, some with casitas (small in law suite), 1600 plus square feet of living space, 1-2 garages, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, underground utilities, gas heat, central air, sewers (assessment is paid by the buyers), and more.  The second phase has begun and is being built by Green Hill Builders and are all single family homes. If an easier living style with minimal yard maintenance is your goal, this may be the development for you.  Just off Post Road (across from Camp Avenue) it is 5 minutes to Wickford Village, stores and highway.

  The Reynolds Farm homes are priced at market value depending upon the upgrades desired. Remember that builders and their real estate agents represent the Seller (builder) and not you the Buyer.
