7 homes sold over $400,000
4 homes sold for between $300,000-$400,000
17 homes sold for under $300,000

 

There were 218 North Kingstown homes for sale in June 2011 which was a  1 % increase over the prior month (3 more homes for sale).  The increase in North Kingstown home inventory benefits the home buyers out looking.
