There were 198 Narragansett homes for sale in April 2011 which was a 10% increase over the prior month (18 more homes for sale). The increase in inventory benefits the buyers out there searching for homes right now.
Narragansett has a good supply of homes and the waterfront, ocean front, luxury and coastal Narragansett homes are selling. The strongest home market in this community is in the over $400,000 market. Narragansett real estate sold was down in sales over the month of March though. Yet, it is the higher priced homes selling now.
Mortgage rates dropped again and remain at under 5% still. Such a great time for Narragansett home buyers to find the neighborhood of their choice and then the right price range.
