Overall there were about 201 homes on the market during October 2010 in North Kingstown RI 02852 which was a minimal 3% decrease in the number of homes over the September 2010 North Kingstown homes sold. The inventory level remains higher which means buyers have more homes to choose from and be selective about. Mortgage rates continue to remain at unprecedented low rates for buyers with rates under 4% available.
The number of homes sold in North Kingstown in October 2010 decreased by 6 homes to 16. Home sales will have months with higher levels of sales but what is encouraging in this North Kingstown real estate market is that the number of pending home sales remains up there.

This is a 22 % increase in homes in agreement (pending) over September 2010 which is good news for sellers. The local market remains steady. Also, there is some pent up demand for homes being reflected in pending home purchases in North Kingstown.
