This has been an incredibly busy 2020 in RI real estate and especially in southern Rhode Island for home buyers and sellers. My business has been strong and I need to always thank my home buyers and sellers for their commitment and steadfastness in this fast moving home market. That is right if you are not aware we are in a highly competitive home selling market. All four of these homes were listed by me in North Kingstown, Richmond and South Kingstown and sold quickly. Many homes are going over asking price with multiple bidders desiring the same house. It is harder for buyers to buy and easier for sellers to sell. It is essential you work with a good seasoned mortgage lender and a strong RI real estate agent in these times. From putting in the right offer on a home, through the negotiation process on price and home inspections and ensuring all goes right between both parties by closing is an essential need.
