The Charlestown single family number of sold homes this month is 25% (yet only 5 homes sold) more than the prior month.  The pending real estate sales this month are 125% more than the prior month.

  • Sales price to list price ratio: 100%
  • Average days on the market until in sales agreement: 55
  • Sales currently pending awaiting closing: 9
  • Highest priced home sold this month was $1,215,000 on the Charlestown Beach road area.

The Charlestown average home sold price so far in 2023 is 1% more than January-February 2022 (the median price increase is 14% over this period). The Charlestown available home sales this year are 53% less than in the same period in 2022.

 

The average home sold in 2023 so far is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with 1300 square feet of above ground living space.  The average above ground square foot cost of a sold Charlestown home is $445 (median is $365) thhis year.

  • Breakdown of the 5 Charlestown home sales is as follows for the month: 1 home sold under $300,000, 0 homes sold between $300,000-$400,000, 3 home sold over $400,000 but less than a million dollars andhome sold for over $1 million.
