The Charlestown RI home sale market in October 2018 has bumped up in real estate sales this month. So far this year home sales in Charlestown as compared to 2018 (the first 10 months) shows a 2% increase in home sales year over year.

- Highest priced home sold this month was $ 999,000 on Post Road.
The homes sold prices have decreased by 6% in 2018 (January-October) over 2017 (January-October) yet the number of sold homes are up 2% in the same time period.
