East Greenwich Housing Market Update October 2015
The East Greenwich RI home sale market in October 2015 has jumped in real estate sales as the fall weather is upon us. East Greenwich home sales are up by 31% over the prior month and pending home sales are up by 27%. It is a much stronger real estate market here this year overall compared to 2014. It shows that buyers are out looking for the best home that suits them in this Kent County community this fall.

Single family Sold Homes: 17 ( 31% increase in home closings over prior month)
In October, 17 single family homes sold as follows: 3 homes sold for less than $300,000, 6 homes sold between $300,000-$400,000, 8 homes sold between $400,000 and $1 million and No homes sold over $1 million.
