- Highest price home sold in Narragansett this month is in the Ocean Road neighborhood at $4,450,000.
Narragansett homes sale absorption rate is 7 months worth of home inventory this month which is currently a buyers real estate market. Yet nearly 40% of this home inventory is over $800,000.

60 homes sold in Narragansett in 2020 compared to in 2019 when 67 homes were sold (10% less homes sold in 2020 over 2019 so far). The average Narragansett house still commands an above average price for the Rhode Island real estate market at $696,000 in 2020 as compared to 2019 which was $634,000 (10% increase in home sold values). The average above ground square foot cost of a sold home here in 2020 is $415 and is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, and 1600 above ground square foot home.
One of the neighborhoods in demand is Narragansett Pier which has a few homes on the market, homes here go into contract quickly and the price point will put you up well over $550,000. Remember that the RI real property here, we are talking land. It is expensive so small lots are the norm especially in the beach neighborhood.
