30 homes sold in Narragansett in 2020 compared to in 2019 when 23 homes were sold (30% more homes sold in 2020 over 2019 ). The average above ground square foot cost of a sold home here in 2020 is $386 and is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, and 1700 above ground square foot home.
One of the neighborhoods in demand is Narragansett Pier which has a few homes on the market, homes here go into contract quickly and the price point will put you up well over $550,000.
