The Narragansett Rhode Island home sale market in January 2018 is in winter mode with home sales decreasing 28% this month over the prior month. Home inventory is reduced right now and continues to be a sellers real estate market.

- Median sales price: $ 439,000
- Sales price to list price ratio: 93% (95% last month)
- Average days on the market: 138 ( 68 days prior month)
- Sales currently pending: 12
Narragansett homes sale absorption rate is 4.1 months worth of home inventory this month. It is a sellers market in real estate market this month.

Only 13 homes sold in Narragansett in January. Yet home sold values increased only .4% in Narragansett in 2017 over 2016. - The luxury oceanfront Narragansett home market is an active market for luxury home buyers this year. One home $1 million and over have sold this year.
- The highest price home sold this month was $1,200,000 in the Harbor Island neighborhood.
